Payments on custom orders cannot be refunded, but we want to work out a solution that will make you happy. Please email us at sales@nextdoorgoddess.com and we'll see how we can work it out. 

If there is a mistake on our end, we will refund your order, upon receiving the piece you want to return, shipping fees excluded.

Received a piece and you are not happy with it? You can return any standard offered (non-custom) piece, for store credit, minus shipping costs. You are requested to return your piece in its original condition and packaging, within 15 days of the day you received it. Please email us at sales@nextdoorgoddess.com to initiate your returning process. 

If your jewelry is not in a wearable condition for whatever reason after the first 15 days, you can ship it back to us and we will try to fix it for you (fees might be applicable, please contact us at sales@nextdoorgoddess.com beforehand). However, keep in mind that broken pieces of metal could be a sign of negligent care (see our care suggestions within each package and on our FAQ page). 

In the case of elastic band breakage, please include all the beads that you have found  so that we can fix your bracelet for you. Should beads be missing from the original design, fees might be applicable for replacement. In some cases, we may not be able to replace the original beads, but we are more than happy to work out a design solution with you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or fixes on your jewelry in the case of metal breakage.  If you'd like a new piece, however, we will be happy to make it for you at the cost you can see on our website.
